We sit just off the Loop 101 in the Scottsdale Airpark, one street south of the freeway. Most of north Phoenix has a clean run east.
- Desert Ridge and north Phoenix: Loop 101 east, exit at Raintree Drive
- Arcadia and Biltmore: Shea Boulevard east, then north on Scottsdale Road
- Paradise Valley: Lincoln Drive or Shea Boulevard east, then up to Raintree

You should only have to make that drive once. Send photos before you come and we'll have the estimate and the rental sorted out first.

Do you have a shop in Phoenix?
No. There's one Raintree Auto Body, at 8120 E Raintree Dr in Scottsdale, and it has been in the same family since 1972. Everything happens under one roof, so your car never gets shuttled between sites.
How long is the drive from north Phoenix?
About 20 minutes on the Loop 101 outside of rush hour. From Desert Ridge you take the 101 east and get off at Raintree Drive.
Is it worth driving past closer shops?
It depends on the car. Any good shop can fix a bumper. Newer cars are the issue: a Tesla, a Lucid or a McLaren needs a shop the maker has approved, and few shops here hold that approval.
Will my insurance company let me use a shop outside Phoenix?
Yes. Arizona law lets you choose your own repair shop anywhere in the state. An insurer can recommend one, but it can't require it.
My car isn't drivable. Can you get it from Phoenix?
Yes. We don't own a tow truck, but we'll call a local operator and arrange the tow to our shop. Ring us with the location and we'll set it up.
Can you handle the rental car?
Yes. We coordinate the rental with your insurer and line up the dates with the repair schedule, so you aren't paying for days the car is already finished.
Can I get a price before I drive over?
Yes. Send photos of the damage through our online estimate page and we'll come back with a written estimate. The final number can move if we find damage under a panel.
