Aluminum panels and structural work

A lot of the range is aluminum. It does not bend, weld, or pull like steel does.

What Mercedes-Benz owners ask us, mostly about the dealer.

Do I have to use the dealer collision center?
No. Arizona law lets you pick the shop, and your insurer cannot force one on you. The dealer body shop and this shop hold the same Mercedes-Benz certification, so the difference is who you deal with while the car is here.

Are you really certified by Mercedes-Benz?
Yes. We are a Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Repair Center at the Elite level, which means factory training, approved equipment, and audits of the shop. Ask to see it when you drop the car off.

Will you use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts?
We order genuine parts through the factory channel, and we push for them on every repair. Your policy can still have a say in what it pays for. If your insurer wants something else, we tell you before we fit it.

Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes, with all of the major carriers. We write the estimate, talk to the adjuster, and file the supplement when hidden damage shows up. You get one point of contact here instead of chasing two offices.

Do you repair AMG and EQ models?
We do. AMG cars bring wider panels and aero parts that have to line up exactly, and both follow the Mercedes-Benz procedure for that model. On EQS and EQE we isolate the high voltage system first, then work the body.

Do you do mechanical work too?
No. We are a body and collision shop, so we repair structure, panels, and paint. Service work belongs at a mechanical shop or the dealer, and we will say so rather than take work we do not do.

What does the warranty cover?
Our limited lifetime warranty covers the workmanship for as long as you own the car. That is our labor: the bodywork, the refinish, and the fit. Parts carry whatever warranty the maker gives them.

How far are you from Paradise Valley or north Scottsdale?
We are at 8120 E Raintree Dr in the Scottsdale Airpark, just off the Loop 101 at Raintree. Paradise Valley and north Scottsdale are a short drive. North Phoenix is about 20 minutes on the 101.
