After getting estimates from several body shops, I decided to go with Raintree Auto Body—and I’m so glad I did. Brett, Trevor, and the entire team were outstanding from start to finish. They made the entire repair process incredibly easy. Communication was excellent, they proactively worked with Progressive on supplemental claims, and they kept me updated every step of the way without me ever having to ask. Even when a Mercedes part was placed on backorder, they immediately let me know what was happening and continued to provide updates until the repair was complete. The repair itself is flawless. My GLE looks like it just came from the factory. The paint match, body lines, and fitment are perfect, and everything functions exactly as it should. It’s hard to find a body shop that combines great workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Raintree absolutely delivered. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality collision repair.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Raintree. This was the second time I had Raintree repair one of my vehicles after being hit, and Raintree was simply awesome. It is no wonder they have maintained such an excellent reputation in the valley for so many years. Everyone there was wonderful to work with. They restored my 4Runner to industry standards—the way it should be—rather than cutting corners as insurance companies often try to do. The vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Additionally, communication was great, and they seamlessly handled all the details of dealing with the insurance company. As a retired executive from the insurance and collision industry, this was my shop of choice, and they exceeded expectations.

Raintree personnel were respectful, courteous and attentive to my needs. I did not want to go through insurance and they kept that in mind when doing both the estimate and the work. When the work was completed, it looked perfect. There were no tiny bumps or bubbles in the paint and the paint was a perfect match. I can’t tell where the previous damage occurred. This was a truly professional job and I will go back to Raintree if I need them in the future

Further communication with technicians very professional and timely. I was pleasantly surprised with attention to details, being offered alternatives and the difficulties of repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Afterwards, the manager contacted me to inquire if everything was repaired satisfactorily. I would wholeheartedly recommend Raintree Auto Body for any minor ar major auto repairs. One happy satisfied customer.

My vehicle was damaged by another driver and this place was recommended by the Toyota dealership. When I brought it in for an estimate, they said they will make it as good as New and once it was repaired it really looked even better than though they did such a beautiful job, I was thrilled even my neighbor remarked unsolicited how good the car locked that you couldn’t even tell that it had ever been in an accident. If you want quality work, I highly recommend going here. They were great to work with.

Freaking stellar place! Brett Deboard and the entire team did a great job on my wife’s Benz. From first call to schedule the car for free quote to then taking the car and finishing sooner than expected. They have a client for life. I will refer all business to them going forward. The staff here are all wonderful--everyone is patient and helpful and upbeat. I had my car taken here after an accident but the folks at Raintree Auto helped make a bad experience much smoother and easier. Update - The General Manager called me to clear up any confusion and to personally make it right. Car is going into their shop on Sunday. 5 stars for customer service and I assume the repair will be just as good! THANK YOU On March 23, I scheduled a dent repair with Raintree Auto Body for April 27, SPECIFICALLY with a drop off on Sunday, April 26. When I called to confirm the repair and drop-off, I was told they have no ability to receive the vehicle during off hours. With no other options for drop-off, this has caused me to cancel the repair and lose over one month of my time. They should have been more forthright during the scheduling of the appointment

We were rear-ended on the 10 coming home from a Thanksgiving trip (everyone was okay). The team at Raintree Auto Body handled our case thoroughly from start to finish, with good communication, even advocating for us in dealing with insurance. And of course, very importantly, they restored our rear bumper, automatic gate and backup camera as good as new. I don’t notice a difference and our vehicle was only about a year old. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service for my 2016 Tacoma that was involved in a front-end commercial liability claim with an Amazon delivery vehicle. Trevor handled everything for me from answering my questions about the commercial liability claim and explaining the tear down of the damage to cover every detail. He was available to answer my questions throughout the entire process. Trevor and his team handled everything professionally and promptly with the commercial adjuster to ensure final payout was fast and the Tacoma ended up looking like the day I bought it. Even the techs came up and asked how things were going. Great people, great business- Highly recommend.

My brand new (less than 5,000 miles) Lincoln Aviator got caught in a hail storm and then before we could get that repaired we were rear ended! Raintree has been our go to shop for many years, so that was our first call. Bob always takes great care of us. I can't say enough great things about this place. I was looking to buy a used car from a dealership for a teenage driver and was a bit worried that the hood was out of alignment. The dealership kept insisting it had a clean Carfax and their mechanics found nothing wrong. I called to various body shops in the Airpark looking for a body shop that would perform a pre-purchase inspection but I kept being told they don't do that type of thing. Luckily, I kept trying and called Raintree Auto Body. I spoke with the manager, Tim, who explained they don't normally do that, but if I bring it by he will come out and take a look. I brought thr car over and not only did Tim come right out, he brought one of his mechanics with him. It took them 10 seconds to identify mismatched pain showing the car had been in an undeclared accident. We popped the hood and they were able to spot damage in the engine compartment. They recommended not buying the car because the previous owners obviously tried to cover it up and it wasn't fixed properly. They also explained that many accidents are not reported to Carfax and it depends on the mechanic and insurance company. I believe they saved me from buying a car that would have turned into a headache. Honesty, integrity, and all-around a class act.

I can’t recommend Raintree Auto Body enough. Yes it could take a little longer (mine did but not because of them, it was all because of parts taking forever to ship.) But the quality of the work, customer service, and ease of mind was top notch the whole time. Even ended up finding out my twilight was cracked from the accident and now they’re working with insurance to go back and get that replaced almost 2 weeks post receiving the car. Also, Kara is awesome.

I had an excellent experience with Raintree autobody. I had substantial bumper damage to my Lucid's front bumper. Trevor worked through all the details to get it looking like new and worked meticulously with my grumpy insurance company to get the job done and not leave me too much out of pocket. I wouldn't take my Lucid anywhere else---everything was recalibrated and works great.

I cannot give enough praise to the staff of Raintree Autobody. From the moment I walked in, Kara was so kind and helpful. My case was then transferred to Bob, who was incredible! So nice, communicative and willing to work with me in a time crunch to get my car back for my road trip. The workmanship was perfect -they took my car to Genesis to calibrate everything. You’d never know my front bumper was replaced along with all the sensors and techy things that needed repaired. The receptionists and Justin were great as well. While I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, they were very impressive and I’d be a repeat customer.

I wasn't very happy when I came back to my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that someone hit while it was parked. They did leave a note and I worked with their insurance company to get it repaired. From the moment I started to work with Raintree, everyone was very friendly. Brett and Trevor communicate very well and they worked with the insurance company and the car rental place while my car was being worked on. The Jeep came out great like it was when I drove out of the dealership. I hope not to have to go back but if I do need autobody work, I won't look anywhere else.

Now, I have collected my Mercedes-Benz S580 from Raintree Autobody in Scottsdale. They did a fabulous job. Bob Casper is the manager there with a very professional crew. High grade care and service. Kara assisted me from beginning to end. She is very competent, capable and courteous. She’s helpful and I always got the answers to my questions. Jeffro is a master mechanic/body man. He completed the repair and renovation with such care and precision the result is near perfection. When I picked up my car, it was like the day I drove it out of the dealership.

I have to say these guys are the Best! Brett and Trevor went above and beyond to help get me back into my SUV! The whole job was stressful, the insurance dragged their feet UIG out of Utah. We had to wait for the adjuster to get back out there, and only got him after I contacted the insurance management. Raintree was patient and I appreciate this kindness. They kept me up to date all along the way. The ladies upfront were kind. With the amount of accidents out there and dealing daily with insurance it takes a special crew to do that! Very honest and the work they do is spot on

We have had cause to use Raintree Auto Body previously for minor repairs. We were in a car accident a few months back and they were our preferred choice for body work They were efficient, and very communicative. Bob, the manager, was our go to person and treated this car as though it were his own. He was able to get it back to us in as timely a manner as possible. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for body work, regardless of how big or small a job!!!! 5 star business!!!
