How long does collision repair take?
Minor repairs often take a few days. Major collision work can take one to two weeks, and parts lead time can add more. We give you a timeline once the car is torn down.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company picks?
No. Arizona law lets you choose your repair shop. Tell your insurer you're using Raintree and we'll take it from there.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with all major insurers and handle the claim for you, from the adjuster to the supplements.
Will my car look the same after the repair?
That's the goal on every job. We follow the carmaker's repair steps, match your factory paint code by computer, and inspect the car before you pick it up.
Do you use OEM parts?
We push for OEM parts on every repair. Your policy may decide what the insurer pays for, and we'll go over your options before we order.
Can I get an estimate without bringing my car in?
Yes. Upload photos on our estimate page and we'll come back with a first look. We still check the car in person before work starts, because some damage hides behind the panels.
Is Raintree Auto Body family owned?
Yes. The same family has run the shop at 8120 E Raintree Dr since 1972. We aren't connected to the other body shops on Raintree Drive.
Is there a warranty on collision repairs?
Yes. Our workmanship carries a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. If something we did isn't right, we'll make it right.
